Championship Vinyl is a fictional record store based on the book "High Fidelity" by Nick Hornby.
The plot takes place in the late 90s, so the concept for the project is to create a new visual identity for the store, with trends and with a younger audience increasingly engaged in vinyl records.
More vibrant colors were used to "rejuvenate" the brand, with simple typography, to broaden the audience. The symbol and wavy elements symbolize sound waves and the shape of a disc.
